One of my pages that I created at the Scrapbook Fantasies 3 day retreat last weekend held in Gladstone.
I  created the buterflies using the kaiser butterfly stencil and ink.  I then cut them out and 3DD them to the page.
The balloons were cut with a die then inked.
I finished off the page with bling.
